Benjamin is the tax partner of the firm. Through his professional development he has specialized mainly in general tax planning, as well as in tax consulting in the area of corporate taxes and indirect taxes, international tax planning, corporate reorganizations, as well as assets and state planning from the tax point of view.

Since the beginning of his professional practice he has worked as a tax advisor, collaborating in a “big four” international firm, as well as in an international law firm. This has given him the experience to develop in domestic and international tax issues, providing customers in the primary, manufacturing, and service sectors in various industries, such as the real estate industry, mining, technology, among others.

His duties have allowed him to advise foreign clients in the design and implementation of structures to invest in Mexico, as well as in the corporate restructuring processes that trigger various tax issues. It has also provided tax due diligence services in national company acquisitions processes.
