From 2011 to 2015, Roxana worked in a renowned corporate labor law firm where she specialized in the defense of employers.

As a member of our firm since 2016, she has participated in the provision of legal advice to several companies by implementing preventive advice through labor due diligence and design of labor documentation seeking to avoid lawsuits and contingencies.

Likewise, she provides advise to multinational companies located in Mexico for the management of labor litigation through management, intermediation and representation in front of the corresponding authorities.
