Roman is the administrative partner of the firm. He has experience in legal practice focused especially on the resolution of conflicts – Interposition of judicial or extrajudicial actions, such as arbitration, this in order to demand compliance with the pacts between individuals. Currently, the insertion of arbitration agreements in business agreements is common, which forces us to exhaust this path prior to the start of any litigation procedure.

For 4 years he had the opportunity to participate from within the public administration in the elaboration, analysis and opinion of legal norms in different branches of law, such as constitutional, civil and administrative law.

In the private sector, he worked in the mining sector where he had the opportunity to collaborate in different legal aspects such as the fulfillment of obligations with government entities as well as individuals and “ejidos”, temporary employment contracts, royalty contracts, negotiations with individuals and various procedures related to the General Directorate of Mines, SEMARNAT, PROFEPA, among others.

Through its approach to Administrative Law, he provides a representation of the company with the three levels of government, on issues related to mining concession titles and water rights, management of authorizations, applications or permits related to the use of explosives with SEDENA, among others.
